At Chan Long Pickleball, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are accurate when placing your order.

Chan Long Pickleball is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and checking the status of your shipment.
